The Kills

As the release of their new album approaches, I have to profess my undying love for VV & Hotel. No other band holds an audience's attention as they do, onlookers gazing stupefied at Alison's predatorial stage presence as she winds back and forth like a black mamba. It's everything but sex; just pure electricity. Two great and gifted friends who found each other in the most perfect circumstances; by bonding over an Edie Sedgwick book in a hotel. I adore them.
